Celebrate spring with your family by coming to the Bunny Rock Chicago 5K Run/Walk & Egg Hunt April 15, and stay at the nearby and affordable Chicago Lake Shore Hotel!
The Bunny Rock Chicago 5K Run/Walk & Egg Hunt features a festive run/walk, 80s rock music, an Easter egg hunt, and much more! Folks who complete the course receive bunny ears and shades, a Bunny Rock Tee Shirt, and a finisher medal!
There will be fun and treasure for people of all ages, including a kid’s (ages two-ten) egg hunt with 3,000 candy filled eggs, a live petting zoo, and opportunities to take photos with the Easter bunny! This is a charity event for the Red Door Animal Shelter, to house homeless rabbits, dogs and cats!
The scenic lakeside race course runs to and from Montrose Harbor north to Foster Avenue Beach and back. Race time is 9 am. All other activities start at 10 am. The Bunny Rock 5K race is an officially timed race, with results posted 24 hours later.
