Laid Back Festival headliner Greg Allman brings along a few of his favorite musicians to play in the natural setting of Northerly Island! Allman has won multiple Grammy Awards, is in 70th place as one of the top one hundred singers on the “Rolling Stone” list, and has written his autobiography, “My Cross to Bear.” His latest album is “Back to Macon.”
Peter Frampton was a rock star before he was eighteen, forming the band Humble Pie. He attended school with David Bowie, went on to win numerous Grammy Awards, and has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Lil Ed and the Blues Imperials are among the giants in blues music. Singer Michelle Malone’s album “Acoustic Winter” was released in 2014.
