Toy & Game Fair Comes To Navy Pier

On November 20-21, the Chicago Toy and Game Fair (ChiTAG) is taking over Navy Pier. Toy and game enthusiasts (so that means your kids) can preview and play with the hottest new toys and games on the market and meet popular toy and game inventors

I think that the real highlight of this event is the Young Inventor Challenge.  Students 18 and under are invited to submit original game and toy inventions by October 31. How cool is that? What a great opportunity for clever Chicago kiddos!  Check out the full details on the web site (the prizes are pretty cool!).

Other ChiTAG highlights include meet-and-greets with toy inventors, a Star Wars breakfast event, Monopoly Tournaments, and a toy drive. For full event details, visitwww.chitag.com.

Fair hours are 10 am to 6 pm on Saturday and 10 am to 5 pm on Sunday. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children. Children under three are admitted free; Scouts in uniform, military, teachers and librarians are also admitted free of charge.
