Her second album, “Feeling Orange but Sometimes Blue,” won Outstanding Album at the California Music Festival. “Pieces of Me” debuted in the US Billboard 200 and became the first Top Ten album of her career. Ledisi appears in the movie “Selma” as gospel legend Mahalia Jackson.

Eric Benet’s hit songs “Spiritual Thang,” “Femininity,” and “True to Myself” are in the movie soundtrack for the film “A Thin Line Between Love and Hate.” He appeared in Season Two of “The Real Husbands of Hollywood.”
