Nathaniel Rateliff hails from a small town in Missouri where he learned to play drums when he was seven. He moved to Colorado to do missionary work. But he soon became a music sensation with his first band, the Wheel. The group’s first album, “Desire and Dissolving Men,” was a big hit, followed by “In Memory of Loss.”

Rateliff toured with the Lumineers in support of his third album, “Falling Faster than you Can Run.” The album, “Nathaniel Rateliff and The Night Sweats,” was a huge success, with the release of his single, “S.O.B.” The band has appeared on “The Tonight with Jimmy Fallon” “A Prairie Home Companion,” and is soon to perform on “Austin City Limits.”
