Uchi-Con is family friendly (see rules for dress code). It runs from 10 am to six pm. There will be food, all-day Karaoke (come sing your heart out!), guest speakers, contests and other neat events!

Anime, of course, is the Japanese art of animated productions featuring hand drawn and computer-generated figures utilizing colorful graphics and exciting themes! Anime devotees are fun to watch! Anime freaks: read on!

Have a great costume? Strut your stuff at the Cosplay Contest at 2 pm! Let your fingers do the walking in the game room! Panel discussions will run from 11-6 in the Max Palevsky Cinema. There is even a cosplay Bingo game for anime fans.

The Food Café offers wonderful Japanese and Asian food from Noodles Etc. and hot beverages. The Sweets Café features delicious cupcakes, with proceeds supporting future Uchi-Cons. Cash only—please have exact change on hand, the ATM’s are blocks away, and hey, it might be snowy and the event is run by nerds. AND! Snow will not affect Uchi-Con!
